“Blackjack” - Virtual Workout with Ben Gartner

Check out this all body-weight workout. I cover a small dynamic warm-up and some static stretching for a post workout recovery. The goal is to complete this workout as fast as you can, but always remember to go at your own pace and conduct movements safely and properly.

“Blackjack”

20 pushups then 1 sit-up

19 pushups then 2 sit-ups

18 pushups then 3 sit-ups

…continue this pattern until…

3 pushups then 18 sit-ups

2 pushups then 19 sit-ups

1 pushup then 20 sit-ups
